2. Data Protection with and without HR for Dynamics
Data Protection is a big topic in HR for Dynamics. Especially in Recruiting, a lot of data is generated, which may be stored throughout the organization if not organized in a structured and centralized way:
Without a centralized data repository:
- will mails be sent back and forth throughout the organization
- will documents be sent throughout the organization
- will potentially confidential information be shared throughout the organization
Therefore, all data has to be deleted manually:
- in every inbox of people involved,
- in every outbox of people involved, as well as
- on all local data storages of people involved.
With a centralized data repository:
- will only Links be sent back and forth throughout the organization
- will data be safe, due to a security model in the background
- will personal information never be sent out, as you can just sent a reference link to the file
This automatically ensures, that:
- Inboxes and outboxes do not have to be searched for personal data for deletion or anonymizing purpose
- nobody gets access to applications, who is not supposed to have it (according to the security model)
- all data can be managed, deleted and changed at one single repository
HR Management is in charge of all this and has full access to the data.

3. Implementation of GDPR in HR for Dynamics
Storage
HR for Dynamics stores all data at one central repository. This facilitates GDPR compliant interaction with sensitive data, as well as deletion or anonymization if needed. This means you do not have to worry about where data is stored, but instead can manage how to deal with that data from one centralized repository.
Access
This centralized data repository also allows, to granularly control access for specific user groups. Hence, not only malicious, but also unintended routing of information is easier to be avoided. Furthermore, you save storage space, as you do not have to send any document from one person to another, but can simply share a link to the document.
Overview
Always stay informed about what is going on: Our centralized management of data allows you to keep track of access rights and to quickly grant and deny these rights whenever needed. Moreover, you can get all data about a specific applicant from the system, or trigger the anonymization process - all just at the touch of a button.
Interaction with Applicants
Our recruiting portal does not only allow for a transparent and easy communication with candidates, it also enables candidates to keep track of their application process and update personal information.
